Noose

Hang this noose around my neck, and be with me in my final breaths,
What ever happened to eternity?
And running through those stars?
‘Cause I used to think those words meant something to you too

Black seems so much more black,
‘Cause now I know,
That you’re not coming back

Smile so many smiles; laugh so many laughs,
You could tell so many lies,
But you should’ve known,
This act couldn’t last,

These final moments are full of memories of you,
So take these deep breaths,
Savor them through these last minutes of depict

Smile so many smiles; laugh so many laughs,
You could tell so many lies,
But you’ve should’ve known,
This act couldn’t last.

My dreams are so sweet,
Filled with aurora of you
Too bad it’s was never true,
You know, I really do miss you

You walk out the door,
Never looking back.
I want to call you back
Maybe we can try again,
But as the dust from your squealing tires settles,
You’re only a memory

Smile so many smiles; laugh so many laughs,
You could tell so many lies,
But you’ve should’ve known,
This act couldn’t last.

We never had forever,
We didn’t even have a day,
How come when I close my eyes, the image of you stays?
I’m over you now,
Hanging far over the ground,
Pain frozen on my now lifeless face,
I’m hanging this noose around my neck,
With my shaking hands, I climb up each branch,
I stand at the top for this old tree, leaves hanging over me,
I look for you once; I look for you twice,
But nothing appears, in the shadows of the ending of my life,

I whisper your name one last time,
But let just one tear over,
“You don’t even deserve this, but how comes this feels o.k? “I say, and those words seal my fate,
And then I jump from this limb.

The noose is so tight around my neck,
It’s stealing away my breaths,
I feel this crushing in my neck,
And try to scream out,
I wither and turn,
But death doesn’t let me go,
I can’t even say my final command,
The words are snatched from my lips

Cut me down! I try to say,
But it’s too late.
I see your face,
Right before the light fades away.

It’s completely dark,
I guess my time has come
Goodbye, I think
And as I died,
The sky turned to gray
