Untitled (Yes, it's another poem my guy friend gave me.)

Winters cold
brushed against my face
while snow danced in the air
slowly falling
in the distance
I saw what I wanted
hiding deep within the
shadowy confines
of the grey and tightly packed trees
of the forest
I tread slowly
in the snow with every stride
with my eyes fixated on her beauty
such glory, I thought
how I wish to hold her
my pretty petite flower
my, my, my
all I thought this time
whilst she turned
and slowly faded into the
grey and shadowy confines
of the forest

X I'm pretty sure this one was inspired by Robert Frost: We were analyzing and reading his poetry last week, and if you know who Frost is, you know he wrote almost completely about nature. I don't particularly like Frost but my friends spin off is good, don't you think? X
