Shoreline.

sand grit pours over
the ruined times of our lives
leaving us all here

to bask in the glow
of another so slow day,
stand with me.

oh the glowing one
for another wave,
sand and salt pouring over wine.

Blank, white shorelines
oh another ruined life,
wasted in ecstacy.

on the shorelines
another one falls down
and laughs at the waves,

and how could we escape
when we don't ever ever want to
and we don't want to stop dreaming.

Tell the moon I said
to come when I call to rise,
raise the tides just one last time.
