Silver Lining

It truly is hard to write something happy
Because most everything sounds oh so sappy

In life there is always black and white
Some people choose to love, others to fight

But maybe this sad little cliché
Can bring a smile to your day

Every cloud has a little rain
Every cloud brings a little pain

But every clouds' got a silver lining
It just takes a little bit of finding

I’ll never be a great speaker
Hell, I couldn’t get any meeker!

Guess all we can ever do is try
All birds have to try, till they learn to fly
