Crimson

Teeth dig into my skin,
I crawl into the darkness,
Lost and confused,
Pain fills my body.

Chanting to myself,
I ask myself why,
Why did this creature bite me?

Will toxic fill my skin,
And my body callapse?
Or will I become one of them,
And relapse?

Cravings for blood begins,
This is just half the war.

I stare into your eyes,
Trying to restrain myself.
But my newly obtained instincs take over me,
And I devour your blood inside.

Your skin almost as pale as mine,
I look again,
Deeply into your eyes.

Now I must live a life of loneliness,
Killing creatures to keep me alive,
One day that creature will pay,
For dwelling this curse upon me
