Crimson ***

The cold, blistering wind,
Pierces my pasty-like face,
While your dead body lays,
Disgusting, displaced.

Your thick crimson blood,
Stains white snow red,
It looks like a river flow,
Pouring out of your head.

You tried to escape,
To run far away,
But that didn’t stop me,
I wanted it my way.

My razor-like teeth,
Clenched to your neck,
All I wanted was your blood,
I didn’t think about what would happen next.

I stare into your eyes,
Their green tint stains my mind,
You were like nothing else,
You were one of a kind.

You were all that I had,
I have nothing left,
There’s only one way to make this right,
I’ll take one big deep breath.

I’ll take this stake,
I’ll tear right through my chest,
I’ll always love you,
Even after death.
