The Couple (Mary-Huana)

I can change the eyes on the windowsill.
They cry for a jump.
He's a handsome boy with lips in the sky but
His feet are just as high.
And yes, these thoughts thrive on silence.
The book has salvation, the flames are more fun.
So two "friends" fly.
3 AM and it's light as day.
It's youth. Young blood. They cry,
'Cause the world is not what they expected
And these are the happiest days of their lives.
