Telling Lies to Third Party Bystanders

My jaw hit the floor
As you told him I hate him.
You twisted my words
Like a noose at my throat

You said you were joking,
Don’t give me your shit.
I never once heard “I’m kidding”
And you’re not sorry for it.

Don’t put words in my mouth,
Don’t say you know what I think
I can simply destroy you,
Just as fast as you blink.

You ask why I’m angry;
I ask why you’re dumb.
You’re so blind it’s amusing;
So clueless it’s fun.

Did I ask for your thoughts?
Were they even related?
To the topic at hand,
Or in that conversation?

The answer is no,
Yes, it’s just what I thought;
You did it on purpose,
My feelings forgot.

I don’t want you to fix it,
I doubt that you could.
Did I teach you your lesson?
Should I spell it out now?

If I tell you a secret,
I don’t expect it repeated.
As I told you before,
When I thought you could keep it.
