When Romeo Killed Juliette

I actually wrote this a long time ago, like... 3 years ago ish? maybe. but anyways, it was after my first real break-up, n the guy and i had an inside joke and called ourselves romeo n juliet... well once he broke up with me... this is what was on my mind.

So what happens when Juliette really IS in tears?
Does her Romeo even care?
Or can he even SEE the tears?
Can he tell when she has been crying because of him?
Does he really love her?
Or is she just being used as an image to look good in front of friends?
Is she really Juliette?
Or is she just an unloved girl on the sidelines?
Can he see the pain in her eyes?
If so, does he know that he's the cause of it?
Does he know that he's killing her?
Does he know how he's torn her heart to pieces?
Juliette has begun to think,
"The gun's already at my head,
why doesn't he just pull the trigger?"
And Romeo is really pushing it.
Romeo is killing his Juliette.
Romeo can't see the pain he's caused her.
Juliette trembles, thinking,
"Am I really your Juliet or is it all just in my head?
Is he my Romeo, or does he actually WANT me dead?"
So what is true?
Doe he deserve the name "Romeo"?
Not to Juliette.
Does Juliette know if he loves her?
She doesn't know anymore.
This so-called LOVER has lost her trust.
Way to go, Romeo.
So Juliette's knight in shining armor was just a loser in tinfoil.
Guess those Romeos aren't always what they seem, and yet all us Juliettes are stupid enough to fall for them.
We're silly girls who fall for stupid boys.
We fall for those losers in tinfoil, mistaking them for lovers in armor.
So when Romeo gets mad and Juliette doesn't know why
what does Juliette do except cry?
When Romeo won't talk,
what can Juliette do except wonder what she's done wrong?
Juliette doesn't deserve all this heartache
but she gets it at every thought of him- that loser in tinfoil.
Why?
Why is she getting this kind of treatment?
Through Juliette's eyes you can see what happened.
This all happened to a love-struck girl
who was known as Juliette and had her Romeo.
She wonders, "is Romeo and Juliette supposed to be a murder story?
Because MY Romeo just killed me."
