A Different Kind of Fairy Tale

Every girl has a wish,
Every girl has a dream,
But this girl dreams of what every
girl would want,
A prince that would save her from
the castle.
A warm kiss that would just blow
her mind out,
A soft touch of his palm on her hand
to make her feel that he's by her side,
But love doesn't walk way,
People do.
But if you love someone you don't give up.
Do you know what its like,
To feel so in the dark?
To dream about a night,
And you're her shinning star.
Even though it seems,
Like its too far away.
She has to believe in herself,
And it's the only way.
There comes a point in your life when
she realizes who matters,
Who never did,
Who won't anymore,
And who always will.
So she didn't worry about the people
from the past,
There's a reason why they didn't make
it to her future.
As she sits with her prince,
Each moment can be a new beginning to
her.
Sometimes you kiss someone,
And you know that right there and that;
That's the person you want to be kiss for
the rest of your life.
But sometimes the dream can be just a
illusion.
