Crystal Clear Tears

One little girl with a crystal clear tear,
Everyone around, but she still had that fear.
She cried and she sobbed,
Tried everything she could,
But try as she might, nothing came good.

Along came a boy, with a glisten of hope
In the corner of his eye, he seemed he could cope.
His eyes shone like stars as he saw the girl crying,
A part of her inside, he knew was dying.
He lifted her chin, her eyes downcast,
Finally there was help at last.

He took her in and gave her a home,
Now at last, she was not alone.
She learned how to laugh, and again smile,
She hadn't done these things, not for a while.
She grew close to the boy, whom she dearly now loved,
He had helped her to grow and to feel once again.

Then one grim day, the boy had to go,
The girl wondered why, for she did not know.
The boy was away for hours and for days,
All the girl's feelings were starting to haze.

When the boy did return, he was not breathing,
He was tightly encased in a box men were heaving.
The girl did not speak, nor shead a tear,
For she too did know the ending was near.

One tragic, black day the girl did too slip,
There in her hand a knife in her grip.
As the knife peirced her heart, she cried crystal tears,
"I'm coming my friend, my guide, my lover dear."
