If I Could Fly

If I could fly,
I would jump on the velvet clouds,
I would dance in the wind,
And compliment the stars on their diamond-like shine.
If I could fly,
I would follow the birds to the horizon,
I would let my body flow with every breeze,
And admire the sea from above until dawn.
If I could fly,
I would visit every moon, and every planet,
I would watch you from your bedroom window
And wonder when you will finally notice I exist.
