Snow White Queen

I wake up and feel my dread,
Listen to all the thoughts up in my head,
I get up to another worst day,
The best days ever have blown away.

They all must think I cannot feel,
That this ghost-girl is not real,
They must think I don't care,
I am in for another scare.

I am just a blue-haired misift,
Burning the benchs where I sit,
Crashing down with broken angel wings,
No more halos, golden rings.

But in my soul I am free,
In my heart I can actually be me,
I can dream until I am content,
Ignore all the words are sent.

I can tip-toe with the lonely clouds,
Listen to my heart beat so loud,
I can dance with the rain,
No more suffering, no more pain.

When I'm alone, I float through sky,
Not having to live a lie,
I can make patterns with the snow,
With the flakes, never low.

I can swim through oceans as cool as glass,
Wait for another day to pass,
When I'm alone, I can dream,
When I'm alone, I'm Snow White Queen.
