Rain can lead to drowning

It’s raining outside
The drops hit my window
It’s raining inside
And it hides my tears from crying
It’s raining in my heart
And I don’t know what to do
It’s raining in my mind
As I try to fix such a big problem
So much rain, I’m drowning
Can’t break the surface
Need to breathe, can’t see anything but blue and green
And black.
Sinking slower, in the rain,
Drowning, drowning, drowning.
I see a flash of light but give up hope
My heart’s so full, I never will get back up
My head’s so confused and frustrated
And it drowns in the problem it faces
It rains, and rain can lead to drowning
The calm sense hides all of your fears
Until you end up drowning yourself with your own life
Drowning, with no hope, slowly slipping
Away, down, farther
There’s no going back
