Captive

A pirate fights,
swords ablaze.
Dragons dance on the horizon.
Spells errupt
as wands are swung.
Wanderers traverse the forests.
Pixie dust flies,
the moon breaks into song,
and the magic is heard everywhere.
Wonder is felt all around
and the words jump off of the page
to swirl around
and create pictures
that our mind
makes real.
