Curtain Call

It's finally over, we've all made it through,
And to the crowd we bade adieu.
The cheers and claps we all deserve,
Now I can finally settle my nerves.
As the curtain closed, there was a feeling,
This new sense of accomplishment was very appealing.
I thought to myself, "This isn't so bad,"
The roar of the crowd really made me glad.
A sense of relief washed me over,
Like I just found a four-leafed clover.
But like I said, I'm relieved to know,
I'm over, done with this satisfying show.
