Kaleidoscopic elucidations

We will build a tower in Babylon to reach the enigma of the azure skies that perpetuate above our fuddled minds
To have the flames from the heavens tear its essence to the ground
The same earthen floors we have dug beneath to perceive the hells and their tyranny

For it is innate for us to question what the mind cannot surpass
Looking for answers in the opulent and roaming the clattered city streets
Beggars, brothels and intoxicants are where man finds his desires
To answer his minds troubling and courteous trials
The hierarchy will mock you and your quests and everything you stood for
And they will drive you to hatred and demise

How humankind kills and dies for love powered by pride and passion,
The essential core of the nature's misfortune and burlesque compassion
Toiling to search for the non-contingent, our hatred for the questionable will further drive us ravaging the lands
Till our cold matted deathbeds, where all we wish to seek is left embedded on our lifeless hands
Our conscious yet tormented by the pending vindications far after human lips have forgotten our names

The primal chaos before creation brought forth man, a mere thought
Who yearned for the world to cast some light upon itself
The only invocation of which our destitution has sought
