Does He Mean It?

She hides the tears when she sees him.
Yet when she is alone as home-they flow
.Whats the point of hiding them when she is alone?

She smiles when she see's him,
she tells him she loves him-she means it.
He doesn't know-she cried her heart out the night before.

He looks at her in the eyes and gives her a promise-
she turns around sighing,its already broken.

He tells her "I love you" She smiles and with a kiss "I love you to"
Yet does he mean it? She means it.
She stands there in the cold-him next to her,
she goes to pull him close-he takes a step back.
"Oh sorry" He takes a step forward.

She sits there at home, alone.
Wondering-what is he doing?
Shes locked up.
Hes out-having fun.

He calls her "Hey baby"
She's silent, should she ask?
Will he lie?

She hides the pain-with smiles and laughter.Yet When shes silent....
