Nightmares
Why did I ever let you go?
You cared so much but I didn't see it.
I feel cold,
I can't eat a thing.
The nightmares won't stop,
I miss the warm dreams.
I move forward to kiss you,
Sadly, I can never reach.
I wrap your arms around me,
They fall limp and draw back.
I need these nightmares to stop,
You're gone and never coming back.
I'll keep moving on,
Find someone to stop the nightmares!
(I wrote this awhile ago. For, like, two days I did have nightmares just like they are described in this poem. It was crazy. They stopped by the way.^^ I just posted this cuz I wanna see if I'm better at writing break-up poems when it actually happens! XD)
