Trauma

In the night he whispers,
'You're mine' on heavy breath.
She cannot deny it,
She's his until her death.

A devlish look,
She screams inside,
Shaking,
Tears welling up,
As he moves in closer.

In the dark she whispers,
'You cannot know my pain',
In the night he owns her,
Her trust, he has betrayed.

A stray hand,
She curls up,
Pulling her knees in tight,
She shudders,
She cannot refuse him.

His breath on her neck,
He whispers, 'You're beautiful',
Her eyes shut tight,
She's never felt this ugly.

He mutters, 'Never tell',
And she's never felt this filthy,
Pretend it never happened,
He'll wipe his conscience instantly.

But she'll never erase the trauma.

In the night he whispers,
'You're mine' on heavy breath.
She cannot deny it,
She's his until her death.
