Locked In

My heart is heavy
With feelings not expressed
My eyes always stinging
With tears long suppressed

My lips are stained
From the many lies I've told
My mind is tired
From the secrets that I hold

For long my door's been locked
And it seems I've lost the key
So now I can't get out
But at least no one can get to me
