Stranger

I look in the mirror, see you staring back at me,
I start to wonder what you see.
Do you see the pain in my eyes,
Can you hear my pleading cries?
Would you listen, would you care,
If you could see me standing there?
Do you see the marks I bear,
On my face, arms, or anywhere?
Looking in the mirror I see,
A face so unfarmilliar to me.
With skin so pale and eyes so red,
A body so thin, you'd think she was dead.
A girl who doesn't know,
How her smile has lost it's glow.
In my eyes, you can see
A face unfarmiliar to me.
