War Is So Cold

The troops they send.
to the far unknown,
when they come back,
no one knows,
shooting guns,
throwing bombs,
war is so cold.

People are dieing,
left and right,
children crying through the night,
women praying everyday,
hoping one day they'll be safe.
war is so cold.

The fighting stops,
now who's left,
so many people gone in a blast,
bodies everywhere, gone to the past
the children stop and look around,
never knowing their not coming back,
so they say it was for justice,
but tell me please who just lost,
the people dead and never found,
or the country that won and will never be proud.
war is so cold.
