Midnight's Angel

Bouncing on trampolenes and watching rockets fly.
Crying with acid tears and such beautiful, lovely sighs.
I saw Midnight's angel. She was gracing a garden or two.
I fear I might just die, but maybe this wish will come true.
You just want and want, but I truly need, some peace on earth.
I think it's agreed. I saw Midnight's Angel. She fluttered her wings.
My heart pounds and my cheeks turn red when she sings.
She says it's only a crush but I know it's love.
Crazy, crazy, crazy. Remember, we met with a shove.
She wraps her dress around her sharp, dark hips.
She leaves silently without a sound and she kisses my lips.
