I Never Liked You

I open the door,
The room is dark,
Just the way you like it.

You're lying on the floor,
Blood dripping from your wrists,
Tears streaming down your face.

You turn your head,
And look at me,
Your eyes are full of sorrow.

I run to your blood-stained side,
My lips pressed hard to yours,
Embracing you in a bear hug.

Now we're both crying,
I know you're dying,
This is all my fault.

Through all his tears,
He broke the kiss,
And looked at me.

He opened his mouth,
And spoke his final words,
"I never liked you."
