Jesus died for your sins, time to return the favor.

It was like watching an angel without wings
How the fading daylight crowned a blood red halo
The shadow grew as it came to earth

I heard him coming down from that bloody crucifix
He died for their sins that had become his own
A sacred lamb becomes a scapegoat

Their blood he did not want to drink
Their body he did not want to partake of
The sins of the Father made flesh by the Son

And on the final day he rested
He rolled away the great stone of the tomb
Stepped out in the daylight, and descended from the heavens
