She

Everyone had known her
And all refused to tell.
But someone who had seen it
Said the story played out well.
She felt misplaced and lonley
Forgotten in her mind,
Stepped down into the shadows
Differant species of her kind.
She choked on her own life
Forgot about other things.
She just let go of all she held
And then she was gone.

Time looked back to find her
But nothing could be seen.
All they heard was a gentle sigh
As it rattled through the trees.
They gave up and moved to the present.
But still she wonders on.
Immortal in the mind
Shes still here but still shes gone.

The trees they say stood witness
The sky refussed to tell.
But someone who had seen it
Said the story played out well.
She streached her arms out wide
Breathed in the break of dawn.
She just let go of all she had
And then she was gone.
