Good god

the word god is a wonderfull thing
makes everyone laugh and dance and sing
the book of the lord fills hearts with hope
better than the best bags of dope
stories of Jesus, Abraham and fire
completes their whims and every desire
a book about plagues, death and rapture
yet we all follow this glorious master
he claims to forgive and forget your sins
but punishes those against his whims
claims to love all people or so they tell
but yet if you sin you go to Hell
what loving man wants worship and praise
by the thousands he lets die in days
oh the word god is a wonderous thing
makes everyone laugh and dance and sing
people love him when the day is done
but from now on, i will never be one
