A frosty night
I had this poem win an online contest, and had it read to every student in my old school. Now I want to share it with everyone here.
A frosty Night
"The wind was a whistle being blown through the trees.
The moon was a simple ship floating through cloudy seas.
The road was a frosty icecicle,
winding around the town.
The roads were deserted,
all around.
The wind calmed down,
all around,
and snow began to fall.
As snow was falling,
it gave a chill to all.
Heating was turned on,
right up high,
but snow kept falling from the dark winter sky.
Then the wind howled,
gave everyone a nasty fright,
and that is the story of a frosty night."
Feel free to comment!
