A Meeting in the Garden

Walking through this garden of roses
Wishing she was with me
But I will have to be contented
With the company of these beautiful roses
The roses, with dew that reflect the light
Of the early morning sun
They remind me of her,
As they sparkle like she does
She is not worth these lowly comparisons
She is far too beautiful
With her enchanting eyes, which seem, inside, to have fireflies
My heart thumps so loudly when beside her,
So tremendously, afraid am I that it should disturb her
She walks with the grace of infinite angels
With a great dignity, she holds herself

I believe I am imagining her, as she walks up the path
But to my relief, I realise it is her

I wish to know her always,
Forever staying in touch,
Forever happy,
Forever
In love
