Foo Fighters - In Your Honor

In Your Honor contains some of the best songs that could ever reach your ears; not neglecting their old hits such as: My Hero, Everlong and Monkey Wrench.

This double-disc album is somewhat of a revival of the old Foo Fighters songs and essence. Also, the fact that you get two CD's that completely differ beats and melodies-wise is more than impressive. The first CD is a collection of loud and fast angsty hymns (the best example is No Way Back)and the second CD is a blue-sy Fiona Apple/Norah Jones acoustic vibe as it's displayed in various song such as Virgina Moon which features Norah Jones herself ironically.

One of the most recognized songs CD is The Best Of You; a song so emotive and heart-wrenching that it was a hit among fans. It can apply to anything relating to sorrow, hurt and loss. The lyrics resemble one big confession as the start states;
I've got a confession to make,
I'm your fool

Dave Grohl's vocals have gave the album the consistency it needs throughout the songs; thus the album (well, each of the CDs separately) succeeds in holding up the same atmosphere.

Foo Fighters have released four singles off the CD Best Of You, Resolve, DOA and Miracle. The last one is off of CD B.

Both discs have 10 tracks.
