Pierce the Veil

Pierce the Veil is a post-hardcore band hailing from San Diego, California. The group formed in 2007, and now they're on their way to the top. They've played Vans Warped Tour (2008, 2010, 2012), released three debut albums, and even toured alongside bands like Sleeping With Sirens, All Time Low, A Day to Remember, Escape the Fate, Of Mice & Men, Mayday Parade, and more. Members

Vic Fuentes born Victor Vincent Fuentes, is the lead singer and founder of Pierce the Veil. He was born February 10, 1983 in San Diego, California. He plays in the band alongside his younger brother, Mike Fuentes. The frontman not only sings, but also writes the band's songs and plays the guitar.

Mike Fuentes, born Michael Christopher Fuentes, is the drummer of the band. The tattooed drummer was born December 14, 1984 in San Diego, CA. He started PTV alongside his brother, Vic.

Jaime Preciado is the bassist of the group. He was born May 17, 1986 in San Diego, CAN. The energetic bassist has many tattoos as well.

Tony Perry is the lead guitarist of PTV. He was born February 25, 1986 in San Diego, CA. He is also a fan of tattoos and is known for being the quiet one of the group.

A Flair for the Dramatic

After disbanding from their former group, the group began writing and pitting out music under a new name, Pierce the Veil. On June 26, 2007, PTV released their first debut album A Flair for the Dramatic under Equal Vision Records. The band released 2 singles and music videos from the 11 track album "Yeah Boy and Doll Face" and "Chemical Kids and Mechanical Brides."

Selfish Machines

On June 22, 2010, the band released their second studio album Selfish Machines under Equal Vision Records. The album was a fast hit, appearing on several American billboard charts. The 12 track album included some new elements, like using a custom made amplifier to create a unique sound. PTV released music videos for "Bulletproof Love" and "Carnephernelia" (featuring Jeremy McKinnon of A Day To Remember) soon after.

Collide with the Sky

On June 17, 2012, Pierce the Veil released their third studio album Collide with the Sky. This album was the band's first release with Fearless Records. This album was a huge success for the band, selling 27,000 copies in the first week. The 12 track album features other artists like Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens, Jason Butler of Letlive, and Lindsey Stamey of Oh No Fiasco. The band released three singles on the album "King for a Day", "Bulls in the Bronx", and "Hell Above". The band went on Warped Tour again shortly after to support the ablum's release.

Since 2007, a lot has happend to Pierce the Veil. They won 9 categories in the best of 2012 poll by Alternative Press and even covered the song "Just the Way You Are" on the album Punk Goes Pop 4.
