My Chemical Romance

My Chemical Romance My Chemical Romance is a little band from New Jersey that has apparently "touched" people all around the world. I beg to differ.

My Chemical Romance's songs are barely memorable, even though some are catchy. Take "Welcome to the Black Parade" for example. The song is supposed to be inspiring, yet it's merely another...well, song. Some people may think differently, but we all have our opinions. In my opinion, it's barely life-saving.

While My Chemical Romance aims for "superior" they achieve merely "passable." The tunes are suitable for toe-tapping and humming along, but they don't really help you put down the razor. They don't change lives and their songs are filled with overdone metaphors, but people still love them. Why? The word "publicity" comes to mind.

The members of My Chemical Romance have achieved superstar status because of one thing: they have legions of not-so-loyal fans who are brainwashed into telling all their friends about this hot new band. If it weren't for these "Romantics" the band would still be playing at bars and in garages.

And so we have reached the end of my rambling review. Please remember that this is only my opinion and I don't mean to hurt. I just hope that I've shed some light on these "heroes"...
