Freaky Green Eyes

Freaky Green Eyes At first this book didn't seem to catch my attention. I stubbornly didn't continue and pursued to read other stories. Eventually, I read back to this story and I think my breathing was caught in my throat.

The story is about fifteen year old Francesca Pierson, who's father is local celebrity Reid Pierson. Francesca, widely more known as Franky, likes to be known as 'daddy's little girl', always listening to what her father says and does. If he says something is wrong, she replies with a 'Yes Daddy' and doesn't press the subject.

So when their parents hatred feuding leads to the disappearance of her mother Kristen, her father makes her believe that its a way to lead the family down a destructive path. This was her mother's way of saying that she didn't love the family. She just wanted to break them apart.

But when Franky gets a sudden hit from her risky, bad side, Freaky Green Eyes, causes her to drive all the way to her mother's cabin, she uncovers the secret behind the well put together image of a happy family. It leads to a dangerous road to find the answer to her mother's disappearance.

Will Haunt Readers Long After The First Page - Publishers Weekly

I totally agree to that. I wanted to know what happened to Franky after the final page and what happened to the family after everyone found out what happened to Kristen Pierson after her disappearance.

The ending is quite a shocker, and I don't want to give it away. So read it, and get hooked.
