Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

Call of Duty is a very popular video game franchise among people of all genders and ages. The game was first created in 2003 and has since been shopped to many different game developers, the most recent being Treyarch. For those who don’t know, Call of Duty is a first person shooter that takes players through various stages of war and combat. Gameplay allows for players to play both online and in a campaign mode.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, the latest game in the series, which has yet to be released, will have two separate story lines that connect: one that takes place in the 1970’s and another that takes place 23 years in the future, in the year 2025. Users can expect to learn more about the game’s main character, Alex Mason and his son, David, and the antagonist, Raul Menendez. Treyarch has also confirmed that Black Ops 2 will bring back the zombie mode, which will now have both online and campaign modes.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is scheduled to be released November 13, 2012. Even though the game hasn’t been released yet, it is still reported to be one of the most sold video games in the United States based on preorders alone, and is expected to pass its predecessor, Call of Duty: Black Ops, which sold over 25 million copies. The newest Call of Duty game has already sold over 10 million copies in its preorder phase and is expected to sell many more.
