Mario Party 9

Mario Party 9 is an amazingly fun video game for the Nintendo Wii. It is the ninth game in the series, which originally began on the Nintendo 64, then went to the Nintendo Gamecube before being made for the Nintendo Wii.

The game's premise is simply that Mario and his friends are playing a board game. The objective is to play the board, win mini games, gather coins and eventually by stars. The player with the most stars is the winner.

One of the best parts about this game is that it involves solo play as well as multiplayer areas. In one mini game you may be competing against your friends and family, but in the next you may need to team up with them to beat the others.

The game has excellent mini games that range from fairly easy to a semi-difficult. There are mini games that simply have players shake the controller as hard as they can, which is great for the younger kids. There are other mini games that are more difficult, requiring players to solve small puzzles to win.
