hi. thanks for pointing that out. im sure that it was dreamworks but i've probably been watching too much dragons again. well tbh it wouldnt really be a review if i didnt write what i thought about it and i felt it is too similar to the movies mentioned and as for spoliers if people don't want to know the movie line then they don't have to read it plus i never actually mentioned his daughter i said "They uncover the villain's motive and stop him from gaining revenge on the man he holds responsible" the only thing thats remotely spoilers is the mention of his brother's death which is in the synopsis of the movie on cinema websites. i checked. but never the les i shall take your comment and keep it in mind when i next write a review

Actually... Dreamworks had nothing to do with Big Hero 6. The movie was produced and released by Disney, not Dreamworks. To be honest, seeing that and seeing the review compare Big Hero 6 to Dreamworks movies took a bit away from the review. I would have rather seen it compared to other Disney movies of the same type such as Wreck-it Ralph.

The review itself was a little "spoiler-y" for the people who haven't seen the movie by revealing the end part about the daughter. In the future, it might be best to try and describe the plot a little more vaguely and not reveal one of the bigger "surprises" of the movie. The article lacked a lot in talking about the actual movie and seemed to spend more time comparing Big Hero 6 to other movies rather than critiquing it and thinking of it as it's own movie.

Now, with my defensive Disney side aside.... I really liked Big Hero 6. The movie holds a special place for me and it's helped me so much. Baymax in particular has helped me so much and the movie is like a security blanket for me. I love Baymax and i love his plush's very huggable and comforting design. I just hope Disney doesn't forget about Big Hero 6 like they did with Wreck-it Ralph. *sigh* Wreck-it Ralph was an amazing movie with a great message but was pushed into the dark by the princess movies. As much as I like the princess movies, I hope Disney will give films like Big Hero 6 that inspire people more attention and not forget about them.
