Heroes: They’re finally deciding to kill someone?

Now Heroes is known for having too any characters and the most pitiful cast of female characters in the history of Sci-Fi. Now, two deaths have been planned for Fugitives, only one is genuine, the other is fake, both deaths are said to be females. So who could they be? Let’s discuss.

The most recent female death of a popular character on the show was Elle Bishop (Kristen Bell) in The Eclipse Part Two, and apparently another blonde who isn’t Meredith Gordon who died in Dual could follow her. So blondes; the show has plenty of them. We have our indestructible cheerleader Claire Bennet (Hayden Panettiere) who pretty much everyone hates even though she was one of the original Heroes, problem is, Claire’s indestructible. So yeah, chances of knocking her off are pretty low unless some genius shoots her in the head or decapitates her- and then who knows it could grow back like her toe.

So now we come to our next blonde, Tracy Strauss (Ali Larter) who is Niki Sander’s (ali Larter) triplet who came back to the show after Niki blew up. Much like Niki she slept with Nathan Petrelli and worked with a company, but not the same one. The whole “Ali Larter triplet saga” is quite confusing at first. So the chances of the Ice Queen dying? I’m thinking pretty high, she’s not liked- much like Niki who incidentally died- she went behind Nathan’s back and being evil now, I’m guessing he’ll go for her. Problem with this? The third triplet. Good old Larter could come back as Barbra, oh that’s a joy for fans where about 90 percent hate her slutty, manipulative characters. Good thing, the writers confirmed they have no plans to introduce Barbra into the story, so maybe the Larter backlash has reached them?

Now we’re onto Daphne, fairly new like Tracy, loved by a lot of people for her quirkiness. The role has defiantly gotten the actress Brea Grant a lot of recognition, and in my opinion, she’s the only likeable Heroes girl. Maybe it’s because she looks cool and she’s got the right attitude. Plus she’s funny and her relationship with Matt is adorable! She’s probably the one female I’d save, but the chances of the death being hers are high. And I mean the permanent one as either her or Matt won’t make the end of the volume.

Here comes the worst of the female characters, Maya, dear lord that girl annoyed everyone with her “Alejandro! Alejandro!” cries every two minutes. I think everyone is disappointed Mohinder didn’t eat her when he wrapped her in that butt gunk. Disappointed me big time, and the fact she could return even though she told everyone to bug off? I’m praying she returns for a grisly death. She has no powers now, the only interest she could have for the show is to sleep with poor Mohinder after she called him a monster. My fingers are crossed for this character as well as Larter, let’s hope the writers deliver!

Then we have Sandra Bennet, Claire’s mother, I really quite like Sandra, she went from mad dog breeder to kick ass housewife. I wouldn’t like her to go- plus the Claire scenes afterwards? Hell they’d be annoying! Hopefully where Sandra isn’t too significant they won’t put Ashley Crow out of work, I don’t think people will be all that bothered if she lives.

So to our dark haired ladies, Angela Petrelli and Janice Parkman, who after her divorce with Matt will be returning as neither she nor her baby, are safe because Nathan gave Matt’s information to the president in the Fugitives opener, I don’t think anyone wants Angela to go! Her manipulative character keeps the show interesting at points, but I think we’d al love to see Janice go as she’ll return and ruin the whole Maphne relationship! But again, I doubt this is likely.

My prediction for who either of the deaths are for? The Ice Queen Tracy, Whiny Maya or the Speedy Daphne.
