The Voice!

Alright folks, so last night Cee Lo and Adam's teams both performed. I must admit though, I was a little disappointed. I think I was expecting a little bit more out of both of these teams. There were some outstanding performances though, so let's get down to it!

Tori and Taylor Thompson : These two girls are just too cute together when they sing. However, I think they're better at putting on a show than they are at actually singing. The costumes and dancing, I feel like it was all too much. They're nice singers, but I don't think they have what it takes to be The Voice(s) .

Casey Weston : I have not been a big Casey Weston fan throughout the competition, but last night I thought she did a great job singing that song. It was a different side of her and I loved it. Based on her performance last night, I think she has a small chance at moving on.

Vicci Martinez: I absolutely loved her performance! I think that "Jolene" was a perfect song choice for her. She nailed it! She put so much emotion into it and it was definitely a "moving" performance for me. I think that she will definitely move on.

Devon Barley: I love the song "Stop and Stare", but I didn't enjoy Devon's performance. He has quite a few pitch problems and I feel like he wasn't giving it his all. He was holding back. I just want him to let go, have fun with it! I really don't think he'll be moving on.

Nakia: I think Nakia has a great, strong, powerful voice....but last night he just didn't do it for me. I found his performance to be very dull. I lost interest quickly. I didn't get anything from it. It was just a guy up on stage singing. Nothing more than that. It's hard to tell if he'll move on or not. He's been great in the past, but if it was based solely on last night's performance, I don't think he'll be moving on.

Jeff Jenkins: I have been a huge fan of Jeff throughout the competition, but again, last night he just didn't do it for me. Something was missing. I can't place my finger on what it was though. Maybe it was the song choice...I don't know, but I still think he has a great chance at moving on. It'll be interesting to see who stays and who goes.

Curtis Grimes: I'm sorry, but this was by far the worst performance of the night. I couldn't wait until it was over. Yes, he has a very deep, country voice. And yes, it's very nice. But that song just wasn't meant for him. I think his performance last night ruined any chance he had of staying.

Javier Colon: Okay, this guy has been my favorite since the blind auditions. I've already predicted that he's going to win the whole thing, and last night just made me even more confident in my prediction. All I could do was smile through his whole performance. There is just something so beautiful and pure about his voice. It's truly just amazing! If he doesn't move on I think I'll cry.

I think I have a pretty good idea of who will be moving on from Adam's team, but for Cee Lo the only person I'm confident that will move on is Vicci. I really don't know who the second person will be.

I would like to mention briefly about Christina and Blake's teams and the people that moved on. I was very surprised by the people on Christina's team that moved on. I was shocked when they called Beverly's name and I thought for sure she was going to pick Raquel. In the end, I think she made the right choice by picking Frenchie though.

As for Blake, I was surprised that America saved Dia, but there was no doubt in my mind that Blake was going to save Xenia.

I can't wait for the rest of the competition!
