If you are looking to add more excitement and adventure into your life without going outdoors, then watch Animal Planet’s newest reality TV show, Gator Boys, which follows the everyday lives of Paul Bedard and Jimmy Riffle, two expert alligator wrestlers who risk their lives to save alligators from neighborhood swimming pools, yards, and even miniature golf courses… with their bare hands.

The death-defying duo face a new adventure every day that puts all of their years of experience and their unrivaled skills to the test. Paul Bedard, an incredible athlete and diver (able to hold his breath for over four minutes!), has worked with animals of all kinds since he was very young. Jimmy Riffle has wrestled alligators since he was 11 years old. Together, they take nuisance calls and remove alligators from dangerous situations, keeping them safe from trappers who want to kill and sell their meat and skin.

But rescuing alligators is only a side job. The Gator Boys Animal Rescue, located in the Everglades Holiday Park in South Florida, is home to many of the rescued nuisance alligators and where volunteers work tirelessly to take care of them. To fund the program and to feed the gators, the Gator Boys crew puts on daily alligator shows that require them to place their hand, arm, or even head into an alligator’s open mouth! Even though the shows are entertaining and bring in quite a large crowd, they are meant to educate ordinary Florida citizens about this misunderstood animal.

Gator Boys is a show that brings adventure and excitement right into your living room. It displays dangerous, action-packed, real life situations that Paul and Jimmy deal with every day and educates the audience about alligators and venomous snakes.
