With the relaunch of Fairy Tail that happened at the start of this month I thought it was only appropriate that I make a review about it.

When I first started watching Fairy Tail I didn’t know what to expect, I admit it took me a couple of episodes to adjust to the bizarreness that is Fairy Tail but after those first few episodes I was sold. I’ve never watched an anime that has sent me on such a rollercoaster of emotions before. From the deep morals of the plotline, to the funny unique characters that make up Fairy Tail, everything about this show has been carefully thought out and worked with.

From the start we are shown that Fairy Tail is about the true meaning of friendship, it shows you what it means to be a part of a family, that no matter how dysfunctional they are they will go to any length to keep their family safe, and even though they are taught to be selfless they also learn that being selfish can be okay as well.

Fairy Tail isn’t just a humorous adventure anime; it also shows that we should all treat friends like family, like nakama and that the bonds we create should be about sticking up for your friends, even if the situation seems hopeless.

Overall Fairy Tail is an amazing anime with not only light comedy to it but hidden depth that not only leaves you asking for more but you’ll find yourself cheering them on throughout the whole series, give this anime a go, who knows you might end up falling in love with this unexpected series.
