Review

Before I start, let me tell you that if you don’t like otome anime, then do not watch this. Usually, anime adapted from a novel are really good so I waited for the series to be complete before I watched it, while hoping the show drew content from the novel, but soon I realized they didn’t. I was really disappointed to say the least.

Ema is the only girl in the show and her twelve brothers fall for her. There is the idea of incest which doesn’t even matter to them and the same goes for age difference and very different personalities. Her brothers all appear to be very aggressive when they want something and that shows when they make advances towards her. Ema is a very submissive girl who does nothing to stop these situations and is always saved by something other happening. The basic thought of this anime it totally unrealistic if you think about it even though some of you may find it cute.

This anime is full of romance, comedy and reverse harem filled with hot guys and a really bad story. The show was directionless and composed of certain events that work as an excuse for the guys to get close to the girl they want to get. There are three subplots connecting some of the brothers with their sister in a mini type of plot which thankfully added to the show, otherwise it wouldn’t be worth to watch at all. If I had to rate this from one to ten, then I’d give it four.
