Plot

Kang Baekho and Ham Yi Seul have been best friends since grade school. It was only inevitable that these two would fall for each other sooner or later. The story starts off on the day of Yi Seul's wedding. Unfortunately, she's not getting married to Baekho, but Kwon Jin Won.

Baekho manages to live through the reception and while the newlyweds go off on their honeymoon, Mrs. Ham calls Baekho over to help get rid of a few of Yi Seul's belongings back at their home. While transporting things to and fro, Baekho stumbles upon a letter that she had written for him back in high school where she confessed her feelings. Baekho, obviously upset, finds himself back at the playground he and Yi Seul used to hang around as children only to vent his emotions at night.

Re-reading the letter and unbeknownst to him, a time traveler who goes by "The Conductor" visits Baekho and gives him chances to go back in time and try to change the outcome of his future. Baekho agrees to this proposal and finds himself re-writing his past in hopes of having Yi Seul to himself.

Overall

This was a very cute drama. It's not something I would normally invest my time in watching which is probably why it took the course of four months to finish. Guilty as charged. While at first I was interested in this, it did happen to lose my interest a few times as it seemed like Yi Seul was way too hard to win over. It was also as if Baekho was trying too hard or fate just didn't want them to be together.

It was a very odd type of drama as it started off cute but became way too serious near the end, like a roller coaster of mixed emotions. I wouldn't want to watch this all over again and have to sit through cheering Baekho on until episode sixteen. I think it should've been a much more shorter drama. I'd probably have finished it much more faster if that were the case.

I'd recommend this to all those that like happy endings! It's definitely a fairytale type of love story.
