American Idol

American Idol “And this is American Idol”, the host of American Idol Ryan Seacrest says on the show every week. American Idol is the ever-popular show on Fox that debuted in 2002. The show every year tries to find a new singing talent by eliminating contestants every week.

The three judges on American Idol are Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell. Even though they try to encourage the contestants, their comments sometimes make more damage than good..

I think that American Idol overall is a good show. As many of my fellow viewers agree Simon is what people call “one tough cookie”. Once in a while he will give a nice comment but normally they are all mean comments. Paula tends to love every contestant on the show and Randy Jackson can sometimes say nice or mean comments.

Randy Jackson loves the words “Yo Dawg” and use them every time he says a sentence. There are amazing contestants this season. Every year they scout the USA to find contestants to be on the show.

American Idol has helped many aspiring singing wannabe's become big stars like Jordin Sparks, Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson. Even not winning the show helps the winner's careers.
