This is Near. In my opinion he's an emotionless pedophile robot from mars. I mean what fourteen year old has snow white hair? He's a freaky one, our Near is. Haha Yoda talk! Anyway... Near and Mello are tied for the spot of surpassing L. Personally I think it should be Mello who surpasses him, but it's not my decision to make.
