A professional photographer from central Helsinki, Finland, Sini is the sort of girl who laughs at anything and everything. Although she's a natural brunette, she's known to have her common blond moments. Despite her easygoing and laid back outer shell, she's really a hard worker and knows how to get things done that needs completing. When her friends need help, Sini is one of the first to jump to their help. Beside her native language, Finnish, Sani can fluently speak English, Swedish, and Russian. Emil was a single child raised by his mother in Vaasa. As a child, he loved to draw with every spare moment he could catch, and his talent quickly grew. When he was a teenager, he was accepted into an art school in Helsinki, Finland, where he met his current best friends, Imp, Sini, and Juliet. As an adult, he earns his money by making art of anything, for anyone willing to buy. Emil often draws anything his friends can come up with whenever he's bored, and his artwork can be found throughout his best friend, Sini's, apartment. In his friends' words, he has a very creative and unique sense of humor and will never shy away from something outrageous to do. He's a "metal-head tough guy," in his own words, and is offended whenever someone contradicts his personality because of his sexuality. Imp is a Fenno-Swede originally from Ostrobothnia, but she currently lives in Helsinki. She owns a tattoo parlour, and is a talented tattoo artist. For fun Imp likes to play piano and accordion, draw and read. Iro is very sarcastic, and she has a dark sense of humour. Usually she is somewhat serious and quiet, and prefers being by herself. Imp dislikes a lot of people and gets angry easily, which leads to violence every now and then. Juliet Yume Kuolema is a 23-year-old Finnish-American originally from Helsinki, Finland. She was a single child and deeply loved by her parents. As a child, she participated in many activities such as ballet, ice skating, and skateboarding. When she was 8-years-old, her parents perished in a house fire caused by an outlet catching fire one night. Her father got her out of the house safely, but it was when he went back inside to get her mother that they both died. As a result, she was put into an orphanage until the age of 12, when an older couple from rural New York adopted her. Since Juliet thought it betraying her parents to grow close to her adoptive parents, they never got along as they should have. However, Juliet returned to Helsinki when she was 16 to attend an art school where she met her best friends Sini, Imp, and Emil.
