Jadyn is 22 years old, born on August 18th, 1982 in Los Angeles, California and she has an identical twin sister named Kadence Marie who is 15 minutes younger than her. She is a natural blonde and her hair is naturally straight and she has blue eyes that she and her sister got from their mother. Jadyn had some issues as a teen, going sideways and getting into trouble with the law when she started hanging around with a bad crowd. At thirteen, she started doing drugs and eventually started selling it for her dealer and her chosen lifestyle created huge problems for her with her mother and sister. Eventually after spending 6 months in jail, she changed her ways and kept herself out of trouble with the support of her father. Two months after her seventeenth birthday, her father packed up their family and moved them to Hawaii. A couple years later, Jadyn's sister went sideways and starting doing drugs which made Jadyn's relationship with her mother even worse because her mother blamed her for it. Jadyn is 5'2" and 125 lbs. and her sister used to be the same, but since she started doing drugs, she's less than 100 lbs. Jadyn also has a son, Adam Blaine and she got pregnant with him at 17 about a week before her family moved to Hawaii. She didn't find out she was pregnant until two weeks after the move and to this day, she hasn't told her ex-boyfriend about him and doesn't plan too. At 18, Jay moved out of her parents' house and move to the Big Island after her father bought her a home in Kona.

Leland is Jadyn's best friend who she met at 19 when she applied for a job at the Kona office for Da-Kine Bail Bonds soon after she got her bail bondsman license. They friendship developed pretty fast because she was great to hang around with and vice versa. Leland trained Jadyn to fight, making sure she could handle herself after she started bounty hunting with his family and it helped that he was a kick boxer and mixed martial arts fight up until 2003 when he injured his left knee. Leland is 27 years old soon to be 28 on the 14th of December and he was born in 1976 in Pampa, Texas and he was one full blood brother who is his father's namesake, Duane Lee Chapman II. Leland is about 5'6" and he has two sons with his ex-wife Maui who he's still friends with and his oldest is Dakota and his youngest is Cobie.

Duane "Dog" Lee Chapman.

Dog is the owner and founder of Da-Kine Bail Bonds and he's been a bounty hunter and bail bondsman for a long time first starting out in Denver, Colorado which is where he was born in 1953 on February 2nd. He has 12 children, 13 if you could Beth's daughter Cecily who he legally adopted and he's been married four times. Dog had met his current partner Beth when she was 19 and they had an on and off relationship for a while, even marrying others before officially becoming partners in life and business in 1995. Because he and Beth have been together so long and have two kids together, he likes to refer to her as his common-law wife. Dog absolutely love Jadyn and was really proud of her for her ability to go straight after she told him and the rest of the Chapman's her life story as a teen. Despite her not being a Chapman, he couldn't have been happier or anxious to hang a badge around her neck officially making her apart of team instead of just working in the Kona office. Dog spent time in prison in 1977 when Leland was eight months old and Duane Lee was 3 and Dog lost contact with them before finally them when they were 11 and 8 years old.

Alice Elizabeth "Beth" Smith.

Beth is a bail bondswoman and a bounty huntress, who started out in 1995 and she met Dog when she was 19 after she was arrested and he bounded her out of jail. She has two kids with him, Bonnie Jo and Garry Chapman, but she has two other kids from pervious relations ships, Cecily who Dog has legally adopted. She had her first son, Dominic at seventeen, but he was taken from her by social services for her inability to take care of him and she is still heartbroken over that to this day. Beth was born on October 29th, 1967 in Denver, Colorado. She was more than excited the day so met Jadyn because there was finally another woman among all these men for her to hang and talk with while at work. She absolutely loves Jadyn and looks at her like family and hoping some day she will become part of the Chapman family because she knows that Jay's feelings for Leland are a little deeper than what she says.

Tim "Youngblood" Chapman.

Tim is another bounty hunter that works out of Da-Kine Bail Bonds, but he is also a bail bondsman with his own company call Island Bail Bonds. Tim had a rough life living with his father where he was constantly beating by him and he ran away many times before finally running away for good at 13 and went to live with his mother who is a bondswoman in Denver, Colorado. He was born on May 13th, 1965 in Ventura, California and despite there being no relation, he is referred as Dog's blood brother which is where his nickname Youngblood comes from. Tim has a wife who is a full blooded Samoan named Davina and they had a daughter together named Summer Rain.

Lyssa "Baby Lyssa" Rae Chapman

Lyssa is Dog's ninth child and she was born on June 10th, 1987 in Denver, Colorado. She was raised by her father up until she was eleven before she went to live with her mother up in Alaska and had no contact with her father for six years. She is now moving back in with her father, which he is very excited about and she's coming back with a daughter of her own, Abbie Mae who was born the day after Lyssa's 15th birthday in 2002. Lyssa has three blood siblings, her older sister Barbara Katie and a younger brother Nicholas who live with their mom in Alaska and an older brother Tucker who is currently in prison in Hawaii, serving a 20 year sentence.

Duane Lee Chapman II.

Duane Lee is Dog's namesake and Leland's older and only blood brother. He currently lives in Denver with his wife Teresa and their son Dylan, but is planning on joining his family in Hawaii to help out with the family business. He was born on January 21st, 1965 in Pampa, Texas. Duane Lee is known for being a tormentor to his little brother Leland, always messing around with him and the two of them are very competitive with each other (just like every Chapman boy).

Adam is Jadyn's pride and joy and he absolutely loves his mother and his grandpa and of course Leland. He was born on the 16th of July in 2000 almost a month before Jadyn's 18th birthday, making him 4 and despite her age, Jadyn was very happy about being a mother and her father was just as excited when he became a grandpa. Adam doesn't know who his father is and his mother plans to keep it that after he dumped her a week before she and her family moved to Hawaii since he turned into a complete asshole overnight. Adam's best friend is Garry Chapman, the baby of the Chapman Children. Adam lives with his mom on the Big Island and on Oahu, but he attends school on Oahu so he's there most of the time unless it's the weekend or on vacation from school. Adam stays with Dog and Beth when his mom's back in Kona during the times he has school. He spends about half time the time with his Grandpa while his mother is working and at the Chapman's home for the other half. Adam loves the beach and one of his favorite things to do while home in Kona is to ride around on his ATV, which his mom bought him for his fourth birthday.

Tyler is Jadyn's baby brother and is Matt's younger twin brother and his favorite things to do along with his brother since moving to Hawaii is going to the beach with his sister and the Chapmans and he loves to go surfing or boogie boarding. Just like his brother, he absolutely loves his big sister and his nephew and despite being very sad when she moved to Kona, he and Matt love to go to the Big Island and rides around on his sister's four wheelers. He knows all about his sister's past and what his other sister has been doing and he doesn't think it's fair for the way their mother treats Jadyn. Just like his brother, Kadence's chosen lifestyle makes him very sad when he thinks about her and is glad Jadyn is no longer like that.

Dakota is Leland's oldest son, being born on March 24th, 1995, making him 9 years old and he lives in Kona with his mother and Leland's ex-wife, Maui and his little brother, Cobie. He loves being able to spend time with his father whether it is in Kona or Honolulu. He loves going to the beach with his father most of all and loves it when Jadyn tags along and brings her son Adam along with her. He loves Jadyn a lot and loves it just like all the Chapman boys when she's in Kona because there's a big chance that he'll get to race around her house on an ATV.
