Captain of the hockey team, who often has to reign his team in to stop them from bullying younger kids, or kids who just happen to be different. He was dating Lisa up until recently. He's the lead male in the choir, but lacks confidence most of the time due to events in his past. He lives with his older brother and sister, James and Katie.

The hockey team's goalie and one of the nicest guys on the team. Not especially confident, and sometimes has to be switched out of the hockey team because of his nerves. He joined the show choir because Matt didn't want to join alone. One of the group's stronger dancers, he's usually given the more complex choreography.

One of the shyer boys that's known Alex since middle school. He's pretty close to Zack and Vinny, but doesn't sing much because the main reason he got into the show choir was because of his dancing. He has a crush on Hayley, and Jack's made it his personal mission to hook them up. He plays the drums for the school band. He's on the hockey team, but almost all of the team terrify him.

One of the more distant members of the choir, he's part of the baseball team rather than the hockey team. He thinks Sierra's quite adorable, really, but he's pretty sure the hockey and football teams get first pick of the cheerleaders, so he's just going to wait and see if she picks him. He's too shy to really do anything, too.

One of Lisa's closest friends and another member of the cheerleading squad. She's one of the nicest people on the cheerleading squad, and helps Cassadee to become more confident and raise her self esteem. She has a crush on Christofer, although he doesn't know it yet. She gets along with everyone, despite the reputation that all the cheerleaders have.

Small but fierce member of the hockey team. He's probably the only jock-type that's never bullied anyone. He joined the choir to be closer to Cassadee, and he was one of the male leads in the show choir until Alex showed up, so he's not exactly happy that he's joined up. He's pretty close friends with Zack, Matt and Vinny. He usually takes a defending position on the hockey team, alongside Zack.

Small and ridiculously shy senior who's absolutely petrified of meeting new people. She has an enormous crush on Rian, and she was ecstatic when he said he felt the same about her. She's only ever gotten one solo in show choir, and then she was so scared of performing in front of anyone other than the club that she had to give it to Lisa.

Member of the hockey team who isn't afraid to stand up for what he thinks is right. He often gets quite defensive and is easily annoyed. He enjoys the company of the other choir kids, and will stand up for them if the rest of the hockey team start something with them. He's one of the oldest kids both in the choir and in senior year.

Jack's best friend, who's not afraid to stand up for him or herself in bad situations. She used to have a crush on him, but that passed when he told her he was gay. Small in stature, but extremely ferocious when she's angry. She has a little bit of a crush on Matt, but she's not about to admit that to anyone but herself.

Alex's ex-girlfriend. She's the head cheerleader, and so is one of the most talented of all of the cheerleading squad, but she kind of always wanted to join the show choir. She shares the female leads with Hayley, and doesn't usually like to sing solo in competitions. She's very easy to get along with, and is a lot more friendly than she looks.
