After Ally and Jim’s parents decided to move to Annapolis, MD Ally and Jim were soon befriended by Travis Pastrana. They practically instantly bonded as a trio and hung out every single day possible. As Travis’ and Jim’ careers both picked up Ally seemed to feel more alone than usual. Years past after both their careers had taken off; seeing each other was practically impossible. Sick and tired of hearing her family boast about Jim’s achievements she made her move. Her natural talent in the aspect of driving lead her to joining NASCAR. After a few years in the sport she had become world famous and proclaimed the best female driver. Kicking ass and taking names is what she does best, she is pretty hardcore and tough. She competes with the men in the sport because the girls could never seem to compete with her nor even get close to beating her. Ally is extremely competitive and losing to her is one of the worst things that could happen. Her body has been broken and bruised countless amounts of times but she is a tough girl and takes it in her stride. She has traded paint with many other cars in races, not letting anyone mess with her; she’s one of the boys and has many great guy friends in the sport. If Ally had to ever see Travis again she would never forget him; she would always see him on TV but she doubted if he would remember her which slightly weakened her heart. Even if she wanted to forget him, Travis had always had a sweet spot in her heart but she always tried to hide it. She is extremely close with her brother Jim and they always make the time to see each other and be there for each other in their darkest hours.

Travis Pastrana

By the time Travis was 15 he had a high school diploma and an X Games gold medal. Adrenalin rush would be a way to accurately describe Travis’s lifestyle. Travis is a pro FMX rider and Rally star, world famous for being the best in the game. Travis has become one of the most daring and entertaining motocross riders on the planet. Travis does it all from flipping his dirt bike into the grand canyon, crushing cars in his monster truck to winning the north American rally car championship. During X Games 16 Travis was the first person in the world to ever complete a double back-flip on his Suzuki dirt bike. Death isn’t something that crosses his mind much, he lives for the moment and that is all that matters to him. Growing up with the DeChamp duo was a great mix for Travis, having a best guy and best girl friend was really amazing for him. When his career really took off not seeing them sucked but they always convinced him that it was okay and they would always be together in heart. Travis had always had a sweet spot for Ally but being best friends with her brother Travis couldn’t see it ending well so he buried his feelings deep inside his heart. It had actually been that long since Travis had seen Ally that he would not recognise her. The beginning of Nitro Circus with his great friends Jim DeChamp, Jolene Van Vugt, Special Greg, Erik Roner, Andy Bell, Streetbike Tommy, Greg Godfrey and Jeremy Rawl brang Jim and Travis friendship back together. Nitro Circus sometimes features his other friends who are concerned about their safety as much as Travis. When Travis is not putting himself in harm’s way, his trying to convince the rest of the Nitro Circus crew members to do his bidding. Travis has just left his rally career and decided to begin a new career in NASCAR in the Pastrana Waltrip partnership. Travis has no idea that Ally competes in NASCAR as his to busy balancing his career in dirt bikes and now his beginning of a career in NASCAR.

Jim DeChamp

Jim was born in Bloomington, Illinois. Him and his family moved to the Chicago area within a few months after his birth. After another move to Cincinnati his younger sister Ally DeChamp was born. After a few years of many more moves they packed their gear and moved to Annapolis, MD. The move had a greater impact on both Jims and Ally’s life than expected. The house they bought was just a few short blocks from the home of a young Travis Pastrana. Since then, Jim, Ally and Travis have been the closest of friends since childhood. The move of Travis and Jim reaching pro level split the bond between the three. Travis and Jim remained close friends but Ally’s lack of being involved in extreme sport seeing each other became almost impossible. Jim is a professional mountain bike downhill racer and freestyle rider. With the creation of Nitro Circus Jim and Travis are now able to turn their stunt dreams into a reality with still a great friendship. Jim raced BMX from 1990 – 1995 and started freestyle and dirt jumping in 1996. Now as a full time dare devil with Travis Pastrana and the rest of the Nitro Circus crew he always finds the time to see his sister and one of his best friends, Ally.

Denae Evans

Denae is full time best friend and full time manager of Ally. Denae has been one of the only girls that Ally has been able to connect with and have trust in. Denae and Ally share an apartment in New York but they are constantly travelling around together due to work and play. Denae was involved in NASCAR driving for a while but her love for law and the sport itself soon turned her sights to becoming a manager for a team. Truth was, Ally and Denae used to loath each other because they were competitors but with Ally’s winning streak never seeming to end Denae made the choice of leaving the sport. After a year away from the sport, Ally and Denae met unintentionally at a bar where they instantly found haven in each other. They were similar in many ways, yet opposite in many other; but best friends. Denae is a fantastic manager and it is because she is strong minded and confident in herself, she doesn’t take being a manager easy she’s very serious yet still a great friend to Ally and knows a bit about cars from her pervious experiences in them.
