Cigmun

Cigmun is the snow leopard that shares Icenia's mind. Her mother was Icenia's mother's companion. They were both born at the same time. When the two wouldn't stand to be separated both mothers decided to make them one. Their personalities are identical except Cigmun has more animalistic tendencies and her tendencies towards violence are a bit stronger. She usually lets Icenia run the show but under certain circumstances she takes control. Cigmun might be part of the reason Icenia has no patience for the elves strict rituals. She is the reason it is so easy for Icenia to shape shift into a snow leopard. All elves can use magic to change their shape like Arya did in Brisingr but for Icenia it's different. Because of Cigmun it's completely natural, like changing a shirt. It's Cigmun's shape and she is part of Icenia. Cigmun has special armor made by the master, elf, smith Rhunön. She can use all of Icenia's weapons in a nob at the end of her tail. All she does is flick her tail and think of which weapon she wants. It can also shoot arrows. She also uses her wicked fangs and claws.

Aquasari

Aquasari is Icenia's dragon and closest friend. Because of Icenia's peculiarities she is looked down upon by many elves. Aquasari is the only one who understands her. Her scales are aquamarine blue while her eyes are a lighter shade. She's relatively young and not terribly huge like her teacher Glaedr, with a slimmer, more lithe and feline built body. Like her Rider, she has a no nonsense policy with a feisty, independent, and rebellious personality. She also can be the voice of reason when Icenia needs it. Aquasari is fiercely protective of her Rider and those the pair is close to. She too, becomes close to Murtagh after they rescue him. Aquasari's weapons are built in, her claws, fangs, tail and of course turquoise blue flames. She is very skilled in fighting like Icenia.

Icenai is a young, elven Dragon Rider. She's of average height with long, light blond hair and bright blue eyes. In human years years she's about Murtagh's age. Because of her feisty, headstrong, rebellious, independent, no nonsense views and personality she doesn't get along with many of the elves. While they keep strictly to their manners and rituals she wings it and tells it straight up. She doesn't hide who she is and wouldn't chance for anything. While she understands the reasons for it she believes it has been taken too far. She is now considered by many to be an outcast of sort. Aquasari is the only one who she feels truly understands her. Many of the other elves, particularly the ones in the court, look down on her. It is only because she is a Rider do others acknowledge her. She has a goofy, funny, fun-loving side but it rarely gets a chance to show. Icenia meets Murtagh on a mission from the elven queen Islanzadi and her teacher Oromis. She slips into Galbatorix's castle and steals the red dragon egg along with rescuing Murtagh. On the journey back to the elves she becomes close friends with Murtagh. She is a top notch swordsman, archer, and all around fighter. Her weapons are a bow, Regaris (Ice) a hand-and-a-half sword with an aquamarine blade to match Aquasari and a pair of twin daggers one decorated like snow leopard named Arget (Silver) and the other like a dragon called Skulblaka (Dragon). Talon

He's very much a follower. Talon believes in strength in numbers and yet loves being alone. He's quiet and observant yet brash and conceited. He's also loud and annoying at times. Talon also has a fox's tail like Icenia. When meeting some one new they have to gain his respect. After that he would follow them anywhere. If they don't he would then take advantage of the leadership skill he learned from watchin Zysali. This means yell at them until they do as he says. But all in all he's a really good guy. Talon is another of Icenia's good friends and is Zysali's twin (not identical) brother.
